  • I have never used the dismissal system, what should I do?
    • You should go to the registration screen. There, using the family ID and any of your pickup codes, you can register to be able to manage your family overrides in the system. Each pickup code can only be used to register one user but you can add as many codes as you need going to the My Family page.
  • I tried my user and password but I keep getting "Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?" , what should I do?
    • You can click on "Have you forgotten your password?" in the error messaage or on "Request new password" on the login section and you will be taken to a new screen. There, after entering your registration email address or your user name, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will enable you to login once and change your password.
  • When I try to register I get "The e-mail address is already registered. Have you forgotten your password?", what should I do?
    • This message means that you already registered once using that email address so you need to go to "Request new password" and enter that email address. You will get an email with instructions on how to use that email address to login to our website.
  • How do I do an override?
    • Mouse over the Overrides menu and choose the override you want to make and the drop down menu should give you the option to create an override.
    • Once you are in the Create override screen, enter the name of the student you wish to override. As you enter the name of the student the system will show you the options in a drop down under the student field. Once you see the full name of your student click on it to select it. If it is your whole family you can leave the student empty
    • Next you either enter the last name of the family dropping off or picking up your kid(s) or the afterschool activity they are going to. Just like the student field, as you type you will see the options that match the letters you have entered.
    • Finally you need to enter the date(s) your override will apply for. If it is only for one day, just enter the date or select it from the calendar that pops up and hit save. If you want it to apply for multiple days, e.g. a carpool, enter the date you want it to start on and click the Repeat box. You should see the options for the repeat events as you would see in the recurrent events of any calendar manager application. There you can find options like specific days in the week, ending date or number of occurrences, even exclude or include single dates as needed.
      Once you have entered the right selections for your situation hit save.
    • Going to the Dropoff override status or Pickup override status in the menu you can confirm if the override you just entered will apply as you expect.
    • You can always stop by the school office if you have any questions related to this process or contact us and someone will help you as soon as possible.
  • I need my mother (father,neighbor,friend,etc.) to be able to pickup my kid(s), what do I need to do?
    • If you are allowing someone who is not a parent of another school family to drop off or pickup your student(s) you need to go to the My Family page and click the Add New Code link under your list of Pickup Codes. Then with that code have the new user register here to be able to use the new code to pickup your family. You can get as many as you need but each person authorized needs a separate code. For people that already have a code from another family you need to create an override as described before.
